About the Role: For our Planning department in Manisa plant, we are currently looking for a Plant Operating Planning Specialist to be responsible for material planning, scheduling and long term planning. In this role, you will be reporting to the Plant Operating Planning Manager and be a vital point of contact for our growing plant. Main Responsibilities: Ensure customer’s weekly requests are timely managed for the following weeks, subdivided by type of a product, raw and packaging, considering available material Collaborate with various departments to meet short, medium and long-term plans considering number of working days and shifts in line with workforce planning Implement plant’s production daily plan Oversee materials and elaborate short-term supply plans Request raw and packaging materials, considering warehouse stock levels Manage weekly delivery plan in agreement with the supplier of raw and packaging material Ensure that ordered materials arrive on time with agreed quantities Who we are looking for: Bachelor's degree from engineering Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar position Advanced level of Excel and SAP PP Good communication skills with result orientation followed with proactive approach Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Fluency both in written and spoken English and Turkish How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
