What we are looking for: At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Textile, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in relevant areas. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency. Advanced Excel and data analysis tool proficiency. Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs. What we expect from you: Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans to optimize sales and inventory levels. Actively participate in the creation and monitoring of product sales and intake budgets. Actively participate in pre-season, in-season, and season-end merchandising processes such as OTB, RPT, and returns. Allocate merchandise to stores based on demand forecasts and store characteristics. Collaborate with buyers to ensure merchandise assortments align with sales and inventory goals. Develop pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing team. Manage stock levels in stores and warehouses based on seasonal forecasts. Monitor store performance and adjust allocation strategies for maximum sales and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align allocation plans with business objectives. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
