You will Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns within large datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into the platform Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations. Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders. Develop, deploy and monitor machine learning models to improve our recommendation, matching, pricing and security related algorithms. Design and implement data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Evaluate model performance and make recommendations for model improvements. Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of algorithmic changes. Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques. You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL. Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib). Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms Previous experience with recommendation, matching or pricing systems is a plus. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations. Enthusiasm and curiosity for exploring and implementing newly emerged AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
