What we expect from you: Have a strong vision on how to best leverage the affiliate channel to support the growth of Modanisa in different countries, Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenue, Build & maintain relationships with new & existing affiliates, and show the ability to negotiate added value and optimum exposure for all campaigns, Develop financial agreements that align affiliate incentives with company objectives, driving cost-effective growth and gaining further efficiency as scaling increases, Assist in developing, briefing and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns in conjunction with the wider shopper growth team, Building and maintaining relationships with Influencers and agency partners, overseeing delivery, content creation, Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to drive commercial opportunities, Building agency network for different areas of expertise, Improving influencer engagement activities, Collaborating with teams across other departments to improve the operating model, Implementing innovative products and business mechanics to grow the business and improve the ROI. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, At least 5 years of Marketing experience in either start-up, or tech-company, e-commerce experience is plus, Fluent English, Knowledge about current and emerging social media networks including and know how influencer marketing fits within each, Strong communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating, Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects.
