About the Role: We are looking for a Production Factor Analyst who will be a part of our finance professionals that have an impact on taking Ferrero’s financial success one step further. In this Manisa based role, you will be directly reporting to the Plant Controlling Manager. Moreover, you will be working in a close relationship with other parties to ensure process compliance. Working with numbers is an essential part of this job. Main Responsibilities: Guarantee the definition of models and production cycles and the optimization of process cost, labor costs and process related production factors (weightings, production wastes, personnel) Supervise and coordinate the updating of the production related industrial documentation (models, etc.) Perform economic analysis and simulations to support Plant technical, managerial and organizational decisions Base on production models, provide direct and indirect production factors requirements to support budget definition, contributing to the calculation of product cost Assure a methodological support for Plant related industrial investments evaluation and consequential control on state of works Perform analysis to find out potentials for cost reductions, participate in the activities of working groups, for performance improvement Launch and follow the development of activities to improve production processes’ efficiency Assure the collection and analysis of industrial production costs for standard and new products Assure continuous control on Plant management, in terms of production data analysis, prompt and systematic elaboration of management performance indicators, in order to move attention up to criticalities and find out solution to variances related to efficiency and consumption (energy, maintenance, etc) Assure the identification of any record, reporting information on times for the calculation of minute / wage and minute / machinery (responsibility varies according to Plant dimension) Quantification of industrial trials, taking active role into consumption based trial teams Industrial KPI follow up in a weekly/monthly period Perform month-end closing activities on personnel cost to manage labor tariff rate Analyze on quantities based on standard costs Support and guide operation team for material movements/production flow in system Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s Degree Preferably +3 years of experience in a similar role Solid analytical thinking skills with problem solving and interpersonal relationship skills Experience in SAP Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
