About the Role: We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduling Engineer who will be reporting to Maintenance Manager, based in our Düzce Plant. In this position, your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing daily maintenance operations and playing a crucial role in the establishment of a new plant. Main Responsibilities: Assign job requests via SAP; manage job requests made through SAP, coordinating with the warehouse responsible for organizing spare parts Maintain equipment data and ensure accurate data is recorded for rotating equipment; keep location information and the equipment tree up to date in the SAP PM module and maintenance management system database Determine spare part needs and generate purchase requests via SAP. Track critical spare parts stock to ensure availability when needed Organize maintenance plans, allocate human resources, coordinate with outsourced contractors, and manage necessary spare parts. Maintain lines, machines, and equipment in good/ready condition. Follow preventive, predictive, and periodic maintenance activities to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Keep the equipment database, technical information and equipment data up to date Breakdown support and root cause analysis: Assist the technical team in resolving breakdowns. Analyze unplanned breakdowns to identify root causes. Prepare the daily check lists and ensure the correct functioning Regularly maintain, control, and clean hand tools and equipment used by the maintenance team according to maintenance plans and programs. Report any issues to the first supervisor as needed. Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s Degree Experience in a related field is preferred Experience with 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing processes Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, reporting, and people management skills Proficient in using AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office Fluency both in English and Turkish Residency in Düzce How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
