To support its strong growth, Sephora Turkey is looking for a new General Manager. Overseeing 40 stores and around 600 talented people, you’ll report into the General Manager of One Europe (Continental Europe) Purpose of the position ➢ Driving Sephora’s business growth in Turkey to unprecedented levels of success ➢ Expanding the omnichannel strategy, tapping into both e-commerce and physical store networks effectively ➢ Enlarging the physical footprint of Sephora in Turkey with the expansion in several key location ➢ Innovating the Company using the state-of-the-art digitalization, potentially introducing new technologies, experiences, or product lines to stay ahead of competitors ➢ Improving and elevating the overall customer experience, with a desire to offer unique and compelling experiences both online and offline ➢ Streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency to enhance profitability and scalability ➢ Identifying, prioritizing, and managing new investments in the Company to help to achieve the planned growth with a continuous cost consciousness approach ➢ Consolidating and strengthening the brand's identity and presence in the market through strategic positioning and effective communication strategies ➢ Reinforcing a successful company culture, developing, integrating, and leading the team within the Sephora Purpose & Values framework You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions : ➢ Crafting and executing strategies tailored to the Turkish market, with a strong focus on omnichannel integration, in order to drive further growth of the organization. ➢ Overseeing day-to-day operations across store network and online platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in delivering the omnichannel experience to customers ➢ Leading innovative sales and marketing initiatives that leverage the omnichannel landscape to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation within the region ➢ Managing budgets, forecasting sales, and monitoring financial performance to ensure profitability and achieve revenue targets ➢ Building and leading a high-performing team across various functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance; providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to foster employee growth and engagement ➢ Ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, from online platforms to physical stores; implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention ➢ Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, negotiate favorable terms, and drive cost efficiencies ➢ Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards ➢ Identifying opportunities for expansion whether through new market entry, e-commerce enhancements, or strategic partnerships, to capitalize on emerging trends and consumer behaviors ➢ Nurturing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and an high-performing mentality Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are … Extensive experience in Beauty, Retail or Luxury sectors with local Turkish experience and knowledge of this specific market.
