KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES: As an employee of Lindsay Sulama, the employee’s responsibilities are, but not limited to: Managing: Picking and packing and kit building Storage and Stock Control Goods Out Operational Compliance REQUIRED STANDARDS (JOB HOLDER AND HIS/HER DEPARTMENT) IN TERMS OF MEASUREMENT / KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI Efficient management of stock (picking, checking and packing) is achieved at all times. Customer/client (internal (logistics, sales) and external (couriers, clients)) requirements are met. Stock levels (kits building) and recording thereof is up to date at all times. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Competencies: Fluent in English & Turkish Able to work as part of a team Customer focused Attention to Detail Skills (Technical, Behavioural and other): Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent project management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in stock management software, NAV Knowledge: Safety awareness (advanced knowledge of Health and Safety requirements) Quality awareness Product and production specific knowledge. Education/ Qualification: Preferred/Recommended: Bachelor's Degree, Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments. Experience Preferred/Recommended: New Graduate
