Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in NY City, our passionate changemaker team is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our team in Istanbul, Turkiye . As a member of the Growth team, the Strategic Account Executive will be key to focus on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and the development of Massive Bio's growth efforts in all markets. Reporting to the CEO you will: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle of Massive Bio’s new Drug Utilization Optimizer (DUO) product, which is an HCP surfacing tool for Pharma Commercial: including identifying and generating leads, negotiating and executing contracts, and ensuring smooth delivery handoff. Analyze and relate customer needs and visions to Massive Bio’s value propositions and solutions, ensuring our offerings meet their specific requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the Pharma commercial division and its sub-divisions Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth. Combine strategic planning with tactical execution to expand market presence, secure new business deals, and foster strategic partnerships. Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. Execute growth strategies to enhance our market position and achieve revenue targets. Work closely with product management teams to provide market feedback, contribute to product development, and ensure that product offerings align with market needs. Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to plan and execute successful product launches and ensure a smooth transition from development to market. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic market expansion, partnership development, and commercial strategy within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing healthcare products. Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including the needs and challenges faced by Health Care Personnel. Familiarity with medical terminology and the health care system. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Proactive, passionate about client work and delivery quality, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven, and growth mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing and analytics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Native level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English.
