Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in New York City, NY, our passionate changemaker team is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye office. As a member of the Strategic Data Partnerships & Planning team, the Commercial Analyst will be key to focus on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and the development of Massive Bio's data-driven growth efforts in all markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in Biotech/Pharma or healthcare environments. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Data Partnerships & Planning, you will: Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify key stakeholders and market dynamics within the onco-pharmaceuticals industry. Identify potential data partners, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, and government agencies. Develop and maintain detailed profiles of potential healthcare data partners, evaluating their alignment with Massive Bio’s strategic objectives. Work with cross-functional teams to support partnership negotiations, implementations, and integrations. Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, ensuring they align with Massive Bio’s business goals. Prepare financial models and projections to support strategic initiatives and partnership evaluations. Create and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision-making. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Genetic Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biostatistics or a related field. Candidates with an academic background in Management, Business Administration and/or Economics will also be considered, if the participant has achieved further (or complementary) degrees in life-sciences. Proficient familiarity with medical terminology. Candidates with expertise in oncology and/or hematology are highly desirable. 2-4 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or partnership management within the healthcare industry, with a preference for those with a background in pharmaceuticals and/or oncology. In-depth understanding of the healthcare and biotech sectors, particularly oncology and clinical trials. Basic knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR regulations, and their applications. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI. Previous hands-on experience on CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Exceptional relationship-building skills. Native, or C2 (CEFR) level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, reports and executive summaries. Proactive, passionate about client work and delivery quality, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven, and growth mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 3 days a week at the office.
