Work in tandem with our data operations team to meet the evolving needs of our travelers, ensuring a seamless experience. Partner closely with our product team to amplify the customer's voices in the ongoing development of our cutting-edge products. Drive cross-sell initiatives by crafting mutually beneficial scenarios for our customers and the business, enhancing overall satisfaction. Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on our products to guarantee they meet the highest standards. **Additional Insights:** Night shifts offer the flexibility of remote work. One-day office shifts expected per week (10 AM - 7 PM) Weekend shifts are a part of the role but will not exceed 45 hours per week. **What We Seek in You:* Possession of an undergraduate degree is a foundational requirement.
