Your Impact: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identifying opportunities for technology and design improvements. Develop detailed business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology capabilities. Design and document workflows, processes, and systems to optimize business operations and enhance user experience. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes. Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and ensure stakeholder alignment. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering or other comparable degrees. 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. Knowledge on process design and workflow analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Understanding of project management tools and techniques is a plus. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
