What You’ll Do Monitoring daily income and updating payment lists regularly to ensure all transactions are captured accurately. Analyzing weekly income trends across different service categories to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Conducting cost metric analyses and tracking forecast variances to enhance financial planning and performance. Managing the visualization and tracking of coupons alongside the top services' revenue metrics to optimize our offerings. Supporting cash flow operations, handling expenditure disputes, and maintaining meticulous records of invoices and receipts in shared drives for transparency and compliance. Coordinating with the accounting team to ensure all sales invoices are dispatched and financial documents are shared as required. Who You Are Being a university student (3rd or 4th year) Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial tracking and reporting. An innovative mindset, comfortable with testing new ideas and learning from outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders to meet business objectives. Flexibility in adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
