Responsibilities: * Handle all sales transaction, daily till opening and closing with high accuracy * File outstanding payment and follow up the due balance e.g. Credit Note, Deposit Note, Gift Certificate, etc. * Responsible for invoice generating and validating * Prepare daily sales report and update traffic chart * Support to prepare authorisation letter if third party payment is needed * Answer phone calls and stock enquiry from other shops * Maintain customer profile in CRM database * Replenish cashiering related material and stationery, and ensure tidiness of cashier areas * Provide assistance on the shop floor when necessary, include offering beverages, wrapping/packing, etc. * Liaise with IT department in case of system failure * Handle any ad hoc task as assigned Requirements: * Form 5 or above with relevant experience in luxury retail or in similar capacity * Proficiency in processing cashier system * Reliable, pleasant, hard-working, detail-minded, service-minded, and well-organized * Act as a team player * Fluent in both Turkish and English languages * Good computer skills A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Hermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs nearly 20,000 people worldwide.
