Respond to chargeback/dispute inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Regularly update and maintain database records to ensure data integrity. Monitor and analyze credit card transactions through payment gateways, and escalate flagged transactions as necessary. Reconcile broker payments periodically to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to address payment-related issues and optimize processes. **What We Seek in You:** Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Tech-savvy with a strong interest in analytics; SQL knowledge is a plus (or eager to learn). Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially in Google Sheets. Proficiency in English with strong communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with payment gateways is advantageous. Additional experience in the chargeback or fraud fields is a plus. Experience with international payments is advantageous.
