What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Minimum 7 years of experience in Retail Operation, Excellent verbal & written English skills, Advanced organizing and negotiation skills, A strong team player who is committed to taking on a systematic and agile way of thinking, No obstacle to travel, Capable of driving a vehicle actively. What we expect from you: To ensure that Modanisa standards are upheld in franchise stores and that general standards are consistently followed, To conduct feasibility studies for new store openings, including location analysis, regional analysis, and customer potential assessment, To oversee the financial, technical, and legal evaluation processes for new store openings, To identify the product and merchandising needs of franchise stores and coordinate their supply with relevant departments, To collaborate with all units to ensure stores are ready for opening, To anticipate and assess potential risks associated with franchise stores.
