We strongly believe in putting people first – our customers, our teams, our partners. We are looking for a candidate to join our Accounting Team as a Financial Planning & Reporting Team Lead. What we expect from you: Active role in existing and new investor management, preparation of business models and presentations, Responsible for yearly planning and budgeting activities, preparing updates and scenarios, Takes the overall responsibility of the periodical analysis of budget variances, from a dynamic budget point of view, Involvement to the projects related to budgeting, profitability and reporting, Timely and accurate preparation of management reports (historical results, forecasts, budget, and detailed senior management presentations) and for financial analysis on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, Follow up and report operational and financial KPI’s, Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, Communicate internal deadlines within company and follow up timely delivery to meet reporting deadlines, Analyze needs of company and set up clear business processes to be implemented. What we are looking for: Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields, CPA preferred, Min 4 years of work experience, preferably retail / e-commerce background, Detailed knowledge of sound financial practice, procedures and systems, Previous experience as a Budget & Reporting or Investor Relations with fast-pace company and proven results, Experienced in working on ERP integrated system, Strong analytical skills, Strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills, Fluent in English.
