GA Telesis is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Director of Country Finance Operations for our Flight Solutions Group (FSG) office located in Istanbul, Turkiye. Reporting to the FSG VP Commercial Management and dotted line to the company CFO, this position will play a pivotal role in managing our country finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all financial and corporate reporting requirements. The Director of Country Finance Operations will also collaborate closely with our President of the Flight Solutions Group and General Counsel to ensure the country office is compliant to all relevant business unit processes & procedures within FSG and with all country regulations and corporate compliance requirements. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and provide valuable insights to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a deep understanding of finance, business operations, as well as legal/compliance requirements in country. The Following Country Functions Report To This Position Finance Human Resources FSG President Responsibilities: Drives timely collections of all relevant customers Account Receivables in region as well as potential subsequent regions assigned Monitors financial results and draws trends and conclusions to make business and workforce decisions Develops and implements appropriate financial plans, budgets and forecasts that are reliable Ensures alignment with corporate governance and risk management requirements Leads and drives country and company compliance requirements Ensures all external and internal audit recommendations are implemented Develops and implements standard operating procedures for GA Telesis aligned with country requirements Partners with internal GA Telesis Ecosystem to leverage existing systems and technology to improve efficiencies of Turkiye offices Manages facilities lease agreements and is responsible for all facilities management ensuring alignment with Corporate requirements. Manages all company branding in alignment with Corporate standards Manages all Human Resources and payroll related processes in alignment with People Operations and Finance policies and procedures Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance, or Business Administration 7+ years of experience in multi-national company, aviation industry preferred Strong understanding of Turkish laws and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Dual language: Turkish and English Powered by JazzHR
